Just wondering if you could tell me where the country called Unknown is located. I’ve looked in my altas and can’t seem to find it.
The sign up page for Del Rio has it as an option in the list of countries. Somehow it strikes me as a bit weird that you are willing to accept players who can’t even tell you where they live. How do you verify their details?

 these guys have been beggin me for 6 weeks to promote them.
If one does not know what country they’re living in then one should NOT gamble. Then again the casinos love dummies I guess

Thanks for the reply however, it is not correct. First other Playtech casino I looked at (Kiwi Casino) didn’t have Unknown in the list of countries.

for reasons like this why I won’t sign up there :shooter:February 5, 2007 at 4:20 pm #725940biggygMemberKiwi casino/bingo is the only group i would even think about working with on playtech platform ( on a small limited scale) , CPAYS /Casino partners is dragging the entire software down.
February 6, 2007 at 7:33 am #726160GambleHarderMemberIt is clear to us all that a serious person who wants to play at one of our brands will obviously choose their designated country and not even notice the “unknown.”
The request has been forwarded to Playtech.
Thank you for notifying us with this most serious issue.CPDirector
February 8, 2007 at 8:48 pm #726601AnonymousInactiveI pointed it out because it just looks wrong. This industry has been plagued by too many fly-by-night operations and to the very new player, any mistakes on the sites may send the wrong impression.
Making a mistake is forgivable, taking weeks to get it fixed isn’t.
February 11, 2007 at 10:14 am #726822GambleHarderMemberHello and Thanks. The request was forwarded to Playtech already and should be taken care of any day now.
Thanks,

February 23, 2007 at 7:02 am #728442AnonymousInactiveAnd another 12 days pass without it being fixed. Over 40 days since I first raised this and still not fixed. I thought we were pretty relaxed downunder but any day now doesn’t even mean 12 days here.
February 27, 2007 at 12:45 pm #728797GambleHarderMemberHello All,
This is fixed. We appreciate your help in helping us improve.
Kind Regards,
