    It being the New Year I have a few questions.

    1. When I log into my aff account I must do it twice?
    2. For the last year and half there has been no reporting of downloads yet new players are tracked?

    I need some understanding to better market your brands.

    They’re easy to reach on their toll free line during business ours in South Africa time. (7 hours ahead of Est I think)

    I would rather not play the email game. I have a 24 hour response limit, besides I see no reason why FA cannot respond here.

    Our apologies for the delayed response, unfortunately most the FA team and more specifically the people who look after the forums have been on vacation.

    Right down to business….

    1.When I log into my aff account I must do it twice?
    Not sure where you are experiencing this, we have tested the site and only had to log in once. Please will you drop us a mail at [email protected] with the login details you are using and one of our support guys can give you a call and go through it with you.

    2.For the last year and half there has been no reporting of downloads yet new players are tracked?
    You are correct in saying the download stats do not update. Unfortunately the application for managing the download on some of the brands does not always upload accurate data. This has been an ongoing problem for some time now. This will be resolved in the next version of our software – and we are finally proud to say it is being developed as we speak and we will keep you posted as to when it will be ready. With this all said we can assure you that the click (visits) data is accurate and that if a player registers those statistics are accurate and allocated to the correct affiliate.
