January 10, 2007 at 4:12 pm #721872vladcizsolMemberThere have been rumblings and grumblings about them lately especially on player boards. Go do a search at Casino Meister.
There was some complaints about black hatting by them here at CAP too.
January 10, 2007 at 10:57 pm #722006AnonymousInactive# Proprietary software.
Issues arising from bonuses mainly.

A casino with more money than sense by my reckoning.

In my dealings with them I’ve found them fair, and aggressively trying to chase a market share …To attract players to their sportsbook they started the NFL season by offering players a US $1,000 “risk-free” beat on the Pittsburgh Steelers to win thier opening game.
(if the Steelers lost then the money was refunded).
They were massively over-balanced on this game as a result – took about a US$5,000,000 loss on that promotion … and then three months later banend all US players at the sportsbook.
:banger:OVERALL
They are registered in Gibraltar – which is a quality license jurisdiction – and have a lot of funds.
So in terms of safety and security they are recommended – and a lot better than about 80% of the casinos out there in that regard.
:notify:I’ll have to read up on this bonus thing though …
:hmmm:January 11, 2007 at 11:10 am #722073AnonymousInactiveWe just signed up to promote Mansion Poker this week, and gave them our top ad location to begin building a player base.
After the first few days, either something isn’t tracking right or they’re the new “Tradal”….
Not trying to just bash them. We’ll stick with them for now, but those clicks had better improve and more closely reflect what our own site measures. We’ve had excellent brands there (Party, Full Tilt) and not so well known brands there (Titan), and we know about how many clicks and real money players we can expect from that spot.
I’m not going to go as far as to say they’re under reporting yet, but we’re keeping our eye on them.
I’d love to see them join CAP. Would make me feel a lot better about them if they had a publicly accountable rep here.
January 11, 2007 at 2:57 pm #722122AnonymousInactiveI responded today over at the other forum about last year’s bad T&Cs with this company. They were pursuing me like crazy but it made me back off – after all, my sites aren’t that important.
Maybe we should ask kwblue to research them – anyway, read their T&C carefully. I haven’t seen them recently so can’t remember, but there may have been changes for the better.

January 16, 2007 at 2:16 am #722679AnonymousInactiveIve started to promote mansion poker recently
they seem to be doing ok, not generating much rake as i dont think they have enough players to have high rentention.
BUT i dont mind that too much as we get $85 CPA + 30% so i cant really complain.
This must be one of the best comission structers around.

If I recall correctly
– you get $85CPA up front …
– And that counts as a prepayment on the first $85 of rake share from each customer. But yes – it is still a good deal with a good CPA, and if you do find a large whale then you’ll also be rewarded well .
:highflyerJanuary 16, 2007 at 4:38 am #722731AnonymousInactiveAs a player, I did not like them when they dropped US players without informing me. I found out about it when I went to place a bet. In addition, it took me almost 10 days to get my money out of their program!
January 16, 2007 at 5:01 pm #722800AnonymousInactivehehehe Gooner were both wrong now lol
Its now $100 upfront for poker (or casino) and then 30% rake/rev
and now insted of an extra $20 bounty if they play at the casino(or poker) its a whopping $100 extra upfront again + 30%
by far one of the best deals around

MANSION.COM adds “$100K A DAY” Guaranteed

MANSION Poker enters 2007 committed to providing premium player value, richer prize pools and higher profile action everyday with the introduction of our $100,000 Guaranteed Poker Tournaments.

The prize pool for each of these daily tournaments is guaranteed to be a minimum of $100,000, no matter how many players are participating.
To play in these daily events at MANSION, players can buy-in directly for US$100, or alternatively you can enter our US$10 Re-buy or US$20 Freeze-out satellites.
January 16, 2007 at 5:30 pm #722808AnonymousInactiveI just added them a couple of months ago and was doing nothing until I wrote about the huge overlay in the 100k, now the numbers are shooting up.
January 16, 2007 at 6:58 pm #722842AnonymousInactivehhehehehe NOTHINGS FOR FREE THOUGH
before to triger the $85 upfront, that player only had to generate £1 in rake
Now its £10 :flush:
“Minimum play levels required to trigger bounties. Minimum casino bet: 100.00 GBP, and minimum poker play: GBP 10.00 in rake and/or tournament fees. “
They are on the hunt big time for some traffic, they offered me 50% revshare if i gave them some “Prime Positions”.
Which is bloody good !!! Its just a shame they only accept us players in their poker room and not the casino or sportsbook, otherwise i would give them all the prime spots they wanted lol
January 17, 2007 at 8:45 pm #723052copy33MemberI really like Mansion, I have just received the first commision of $1200. The affiliate manager is very helpful.
The 100K is a big hit, too bad they only run it in January.
And because its a new room, there are plenty players to convert.
