    Hi Together.

Yesterday i wanted to Log In with my Partypartner Account, but it wasnt possible because i had to Update my Details but there was no opportunities to choose a security question. Today i loged in and i looked on my stats and there were at least 300$ less on my Revenue account than 2 Days ago.

Does anybody of you had the same problems or can anybody tell me about his/her experieces with partypartners.

    Thanks a lot.

    Chris

Hah! All I can ever access anymore is that page and it won’t accept anything I enter.

While I respect your opinion Engineer

.. have you got something just a little more detailed to explain why your so steamed at them.
    :notify:

Particularly important for me as I’m reviewing their new PartyBets sports betting site with a view to inclusion on my site.

If they’re rogues then please SPEAK NOW !!!

I have a lot of money in my party partners account and none of it has dissapeared.

While I dont trust them in many ways I dont believe they would steal existing revenue.

    Hi Gooner, :xmas:

Here is a good place to start: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?p=73673

Also, if you review the old Party Partners forum here, you will see many, many negative comments. Here is a link to their forum index: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/forumdisplay.php?f=99

    THanks guys.

REviewing those old threads was half-interesting once I worked out how to show more …

(I actually thought that the forum was empty and then realised that I had the time setting stuck on one month)

But none of those threads ever showed a resolution.

There were complaints – usually in broken English without much detail other than poor email contact – but very few of the threads were resolved ?

If nothing got resolved surely PartyGaming would not be certified here at CAP?
    So what gives ??

When they bought the poker and casinos back from Tradal, they said that Tradal refused to give them the aff info that went with these properties.

Consequently Tardal paid a “settlement” to a few of the larger poker affiliates.

Casino affiliates got nothing and lost their player base, as did the smaller poker affiliates.

The deal was made without even giving an ounce of consideration to the affiliates, who owned a percentage of each player sold in this deal.

Ever since, there has been a complete lack of communication by Party.

    In my own case:

I lost all casino players in this deal

I have been assigned a new and inexperienced manager who refuses to correspond with me unless I use the email I use for program notifications and spam.

I have not been able to access my account in months – a page pops up asking me to adjust my personal info. This, however is not possible, no update is accepted. I have been unable to reach anyone to fix this.

This is unacceptable behavior in my book.

Shame on you Party, get your act together!
