Hi folks from Brightshare,
hope you’re all doing well.
Checking my stats for Nov, I see that i have a carryover of -$425 from last month.
I didn’t think you had a carryover?
Please advise.

A negative balance which is a result of a chargeback IS carried-over.
As stated in our Program Details (http://www.brightshare.com/program_details.php):
“Negative earnings are not carried forward, but negative chargebacks are carried forward.”Here’s hoping for chargeback-free months…

December 7, 2006 at 5:00 pm #718243AnonymousGuestHi again,
well I’d be interested to know just what card was used and the location of the player since its nearly impossible to use a credit card to deposit (players in the states which I imagine this one was).
ps.
I hope anyone doing a chargeback has their account closed permanently as soon as it becomes apparent this has happened.
Cheers.

December 7, 2006 at 7:09 pm #718267AnonymousInactiveI have had a chargeback in excess of $5000 in the past – not at Brightshare though.

It’s true what everyone has said – chargebacks are a bummer whether they’re large or small.
In this case though, the month’s earnings were wiped out by a winner – not by the chargeback. Due to a large win in one of the casinos, the grouped net revenues was a negative figure even before the chargebacks were figured into the equation. The negative net revenues caused by the win, are not carried over. But since there were no net revenues to subtract the chargeback from, the chargeback IS carried over to the next month.
I know it sounds even more confusing, but if you read that r-e-a-l slow, it does make sense.
Hope this helps,
