payment and emails

I tried to contact you a few months ago and have tried many times sense. I have not recieved an email back from you (not saying its your fault). I show some earnings but have not been paid as well. So I figured that I would get on here at cap and see if this would work . I see that my balance on the account is $0 so perhaps you already sent payment? Anyway could you please get back with me via pm or email so I can give you my affiliate info and you can look into it for me?
Sorry I did not send someone a pm but I did not see who to send it to.. I guess I could have tried harder but I am trying to go get a drink . Hope to hear from you soon.
