Is anyone else having problems getting responses to e-mails? I e-mailed my AM Eran over a week ago with no response, sent a follow up e-mail two days later with no response, and have since sent an e-mail to the main e-mail address with…no response.
The issue is with a player having problems with one of the casinos, and they aren’t responding to his e-mails…it’s very frustrating to have to tell that player that they aren’t responding to mine. Please look into it, and I will PM you here too.
