    Intertops.com Release for Affiliate Forums

”America, We Are Open for Business”
Intertops – the Pioneering Online Gambling Site – Welcomes US Affiliates and Will Allow Americans to Play

October 19, St. John´s, Antigua – Intertops announced today that they remain open for business and will accept all bets and process all payments from American citizens. Developments in Washington, DC earlier this month compelled publicly-traded gambling sites such as 888.com and PartyPoker to cease all US services.

All referred players will be able to continue playing at Intertops and future revenues for Affiliates are ensured. In addition, Intertops will guarantee a commission for all newly referred players from the U.S. Intertops is expecting a considerably amount of new partnerships with affiliates who seek a reliable partner.

All sportsbook, poker, casino and other gaming services at Intertops.com will seamlessly continue.

Intertops commented: “Intertops considers online gambling to be legal in most U.S. states and sanctioned by the World Trade Organization.

We are licensed and regulated in both Canada and Antigua and comply with every law within the jurisdictions in which we operate. We are dedicated to offering our worldwide customers an efficient and enjoyable service via our online sportsbook, casino, poker room and games. As a privately owned and independent company we have arranged to fully accept and disperse payments for US-based gamblers.”

After offering the world’s first online betting platform in 1996 and an online casino in 1997 Intertops.com started its poker room and games in 2003. Intertops will not only continue to serve its own customers but has made arrangements to accommodate a considerable amount of new customers that have lost their betting accounts due to the shut-down of many online gambling sites earlier this month.

Intertops added: “Intertops has been in business for 23 years, 10 of them online. Our reputation as a responsible and trustworthy gambling site stands alone. We will continue to ensure that deposits and payouts are as quick and safe as they have always been.”

Intertops.com is available online , by email [email protected]

This is good news. Correct me if I’m wrong though, Intertops Casino uses Microgaming Viper software doesn’t it? If so, how come they can still accept all bets from US citizens when all the other Microgaming casinos are saying that it is a Microgaming directive?

Are all the others just passing to buck to avoid criticism?

you burried them in this post – Why the change of heart?

You may want to go ask bonusGEEK, as I am not him.

The other question they answered with the press release…

As a privately owned and independent company we have arranged to fully accept and disperse payments for US-based gamblers

So they filter the money through themselves and do not use MG to process the money, is my understanding of it.

Looks, like this bill is not regarded as a serious threat by some businesses. Good news.

Bonustreak I didn’t read it that way but now you point it out I see that’s probably how they get around it.

Would be nice to have it confirmed by some-one at Intertops. John, are you around?
