Locked accounts = Money refunded to players?

While i checked my stats i’ve noticed you have locked one player account last week and another account was locked yesterday.

I can’t understand two things here:
1. Why one account locked last week and the second one yesterday?
2. Both players have already deposited funds, placed bets and lost.. Why were the earnings removed? Did you refund those players upon closing their accounts? That doesn’t make sense.

Anyone else seen similar cases in his stats?
