Is there any way that someone could go into the certified programs and make notations as to which of them are still accepting players from the U.S. and which ones are not.

There seems to be a lot of conflicting information … :blahblah:

    I am getting really confused!

Should I take this one down – :tooconfus

Should I put that one up – :tooconfus

You can find some info on this here and here

However, i think it is important to note that some of the programs are saying “so far so good” and wait for Bush to sign.. other programs are waiting and the rest will just keep accepting US players

    Hi M.D.

    Thank you for the response.

I did read a lot of the posts by members, but there seemed to be a lot of contradictions.

Some were under the impression that all Playtech were a “NO-GO” .. then others indicated that was not the case, etc. :huh2:

I was hoping to get some answers from the Horses Mouth, as it were.

I have received e-mails from quite a few affiliate managers, so that helps to answer questions in regard to a lot of the programs.

I just hate to spend hours of my time exchanging out everything on all of my sites, only to find out that all the ones I took down are back in .. and all the ones I put up are bailing out. :whoa:

    Thanks Again for your help.

Try going through the program forums, most have stated their positions.

probably we will still see a lot of changes.

I suggest that you will not take any claim or statement about this matter as granted. Save your time and efforts to the time things will get clearer.

Aff managers, Playtech.. Programs that keep accepting US players.. They all say the things may change and their legal teams keep advising them.

Nothing is granted, if you’ll start working harder now based on the current statements you may find within the next few weeks the tables have turned 180 degrees.

We all would like things to be clearer.. Unfortunately, it looks like in times like this, no one can assure anything.
