Fortune Affiliates Lists Changes Backs with No Charges – after three attempts they can not find the data.
Again the system does show any $2100 in deposit / earnings

February 2005 to Current DateWhat I believe happened is that the $5500 was never credited; so can some-one review the statistics and Identify where the money is. Can you provide statistics by player?
Also, if you can not do this research please state it why it can not be done for my records.

The total Amount that was charged back was $7000 from which we deducted 30% which was $2100.

I have received a response from the our Fortune Lounge group of casinos
The results on the report are as follows:
Player number 970904 charged back $1500 in February and $5500 March. We deducted 30% of this chargeback from your earnings which amounted to $450 and $1650 in February and March respectively. This is in line with our Terms and Conditions regarding player charge backs.
This player’s casino account has been locked and this is why this player’s number is not reflecting on your Revenue Share audit report.
