Greetings!
We all have seen posts with doubts concerning negative carry over issues, so let’s try to compile that information for all CAP certified programs, in an easy place for everyone to see.
The “Negative carry over thread” links to each reply. This will take a while, but it’s time well spent. I like organized information.
This way we will easily see which programs understand negative balances as advertising costs, and don’t carry over.Questions:
1) Do you carry over negative balance?
2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
4) Any restriction?

No we do not. ReferBack does not carryover negative balances – at the end of each month the whole game starts again!2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
