Is there somwhere this can be purchased or are they all just total rubbish and considered to be spam.
If you send commercial email to someone that did not specifically ask YOU for it, that is SPAM. So if you purchase a list, not one person on that list asked for email from you. You would be better off building your own list.
Yes, I second that – especially in this business where you will find most reputable affiliate programs are absolutely against spam and if you are reported – you stand to loose more then you can possibly gain.
Just imagine yourself in place of person who didn’t request an email and what would you do?
