Hi to everyone,
I’m just courios to know if someone was trying to promote this group for a long time and eventually what kind of results did you get. Natalie (the affiliate manager) is always ready to answer to every kind of question, the payments are made on time but personally (and maybe is because the nature of my websites) I really have problems to make a good revenue here. Free bonuses? High payout rate? Anyone had the same experience? Actually I’m promoting a lot of casino groups, mostly from Microgaming, but also from RTG, and after years on this business I really don’t understand why it’s so hard to receive a positive revenue with this group.Regards to all! Every comment on this point will be appreciated! :1circling
The problems I have been having is mainly stats updates. They were fixed earlier this month but have not updated since the 15th. I didn’t want to create a new thread over this, but maybe Natalie may respong to our queries.

I’ve noticed the problem myself. Everything started happening after RTG upgraded us to the last version, and gave us the newest Real Series Video Slots. For some reason, all of the affiliate reports would show properly the Net Profit, but the formula would not calculate the Earnings. It was not anything serious, you just had to take the net profit and calculate your 30%, 40% or 50% of it. So, it did not affect your tracking or stats. At this moment they have finally fixed it, and I am hoping with the next upgrade it does not get damaged again.
Let me know, if you are still getting errors, so that I can submit a ticket to RTG.
