Well I hate to do this but this group is taking far to long to fix my issue.
I will give them a chance go get with me before I show stats and so forth. I will not bring this to everyones attention because I think its an isolated problem however it still needs addressed and fixed and I NEED TAKEN CARE OF
I take it this program does not use this forum then?
Does anyone promote the casinos and notice a major issue with the stats? Or have not been paid?

I was looking into your issue, and got today an email from the technical support of RTG. They have found the problem with your account, and it has been fixed on Friday. All of the downloaders would get tracked; however it would not show on your stats. They are working on updating your reports at this moment. I’ve noticed only few missed downloads last month, and this month. I expect your reports to be updated shortly, and by the end of the week I will let you know if any of those downloads had associated deposits, so that I can credit them to you.
Unfortunately, it was an easy job, and we had to go almost manually through all downloaders of the casino for the last month. For that reason it took us a while to figure out what was the problem, and find a solution for it.

Natalie – Would you explain what happened? Would you comment on whether this is common issue with more than one RTG venue or an individual one, isolated to one affiliate?
You know here I go again. Deja vu. RTG stats. I’m so tired of trying to believe them I think I am going to drop RTG sites – and they are my favorite (were). If they are converting this poorly, I am wasting good space with them anyway.
Is it just me or did RTG stats come to a virtual standstill about 10 days ago? This happened also in June. July – not so bad. It’s not the first time I’ve mentioned it and I’m not the only one that has noted it here at CAP.
Heavy sigh . . .
Nat I really feel like I should share my stats with you in private. I think you guys need to look more into just one month. I had months and months with nothing.

Hi guys… I still have not got anything back about this yet and there is still a balance due to me. I wanted to share my stats in private with you guys so you can see what I see. Its way off and not consistant. Why have you guys gone so quiet?

I am sorry I did not write to you on Monday, when RTG let me know about yoru stats. Please look at them again. You lost few downloaders only, though it did not get reflected on your stats.
Let me perhaps call you tomorrow, if this is fine with you, so we can talk about it.

this is an individual situation, which RTG has fixed after we helped them to understand the problem. Nicolas and I are now keeping and eye on your stats, so that nothing will get affected again.Best regards,

Some of the months show all these clicks and so forth but more important is the lack of downloads on most if not all of them. March, April, May, June and July have been effected somehow. I want to see what you guys did and not just you telling me I only lost a few downloaders because thats not right.
I am trying to be calm and patient about this but you have to work with me better than this. I mean we are talking about a major issue here and I have simply been put on a burner this whole time with no real “solid” support.Pace: sorry about the confusion but I meant that I wanted to send my stats to Natalie in private
