    I’m having a contest and a player downloaded and deposited at Spin Palace, but it never showed up in my stats?

    I’m PM’ing you the player account number so maybe you can check into this for me please?

    Hi Brian

    That player is quite an old account (it was opened on 14th September 2005) and that player is mapped to a different affiliate. Are you sure you have given me the correct account number?
