Am I the only one who has lost ALL my regular players for the past 4 years at Starluck? Since the affiliate area downtime in December, none of my regular players are being tracked at all anymore. Other than the occasional big withdrawl, which is amusing as hell since there are virtually no deposits, there is no activity at all.

They have never addressed the problem, after numerous emails (mostly unanswered) and I have deleted them everywhere I can find but it still irks me to no end. I spent 4 years getting players and they are gone overnight – all of them. That’s some serious commision that I spent way too much time working on.

    Hi Kat,

I believe Antoine (CAP member) had this happen to him as well. 🙁

I think they are lost to all of us.

Tradal sold them to party without allowing Party to map.

Starluck was Tradal? I thought that was another casino bought out by Party. Hemant has been my contact with Starluck for years and still is (or was til recently). I didn’t realize that Starluck had moved as well.

I just wish more than anything that someone over there would at least admit I’m not tracking old players anymore. They keep swearing that everything is working great and there has never been any time (even in December) when the tracking was affected. My regulars deposits, which were daily, went from 10,000/mo to 0. So apparently every single one of them, at the exact same time, after 4 years of regular play, all decided to quit Starluck. That’s basically what they are asking me to believe.

    party gaming was formerly iglobalmedia.

Iglobalmedia owned and operated starluck casino, planetluck casino, big cat casino, luckyland casino, zantana casino, apolla casino, as well as some other casinos that I cannot remember at this moment in time.

All of the casinos except for starluck and planetluck were shut down.

    iglobalmedia then became party gaming.

Party gaming then shifted gears and decided to focus on branding Party Casino instead of marketing starluck and planetluck.

At no point in time was starluck operated by another company. Starluck casino was one of the first casinos ever developped by iglobalmedia.
Look at the wayback machine the homepage even features all of the casinos they operated including starluck casino:

    http://web.archive.org/web/20000619125240/http://www.iglobalmedia.com/

Tradal never owned starluck, they simply provided marketing services in the same way as http://www.darkblue.com

If they are claiming that they bought the casino from tradal they are lying.

And yes they have also ripped me off big time. I had one month where i earned 96k with them. All earnings and player activitity have dissapeared. All I see are zeros.

They have conveniently ignored this problem.

I figured it would be more appropriate to grab the information straight from the horses mouth:

    http://iglobalmedia.com/history.html

iGlobalMedia was founded in 1997 with the launch of Starluck Casino Online. Since 1998, we have owned and maintained all of our gaming and payment processing software, which provides us with the competitive advantages of increased control over our platform and improved operating margins. ‘

The story doesn’t add up. The day our affiliate earnings dissapeared is the same day they ‘upgraded’ the software and removed the no download option.

Thank you for the clarification, I had no idea about all of that.

Sounds like we have exactly the same issue, and there is just something so horribly wrong about it and the way they have (or basically aren’t) handling it. I too am being completely ignored by them at this point.

    Well Antoine,

I was under the impression they had reimbursed you.

    Damn!!!

Reimburse? That’s a good one. They tell me that my marketing isn’t good and they’ll be happy to help me with my marketing techniques. They won’t admit in the least that anything is or was wrong.

One thing I find truly amazing: About once a month and a half I email them to tell them they are theives (truly). Asking them if they have ever tried to find out why all my players disappeared, etc. Naturally, they tell me everything is perfect and there has never been a problem. The funny thing is that whenever I email them, I’ve had no activity at all for weeks. Suddenly I’ll get a little $50 deposit, then $100 the next day, then it goes away to nothing for the weeks until I email them again. This has happened now for the past 6 months without fail.

Antoine, try emailing them and yelling at them and see if it happens to you too.

Party Partners is once again CAP certified, although there was no official “welcome back” announcement…. sleeping.g

My point is, since they have been un-decertified, perhaps Kat and Antoine can get some support from CAP on these issues?

Party was allowed back in when it was determined that it was Tradal who prevented the payment of affiliates after the empire sale, and not Party.

However, in some cases Party knows darn well who is responsible for which players (casino players) and it appears they are not stepping up to the plate.

Antoine is a good example of that.

And I don’t know how often I have been promised that someone would post here…

Iglobal has simply returned to showing its true colors.

I remember back in like 2000, perhaps earlier, I had been promoting all their casinos with no success. Then one day I got a little smarter and sent a tester. Of course the player’s activity didn’t show up. However I did get credit for the download and sign up of a new player.

Then after contacting them and having links etc checked by them, I was told it all worked fine.

I then sent another tester thru and suprise! the same thing happened except I did get credit for like 50% of what had been deposited.

I was lucky, I cannot help but wonder how many people they alone were responsible for literally running out of this business. When you’re so ignorantly greedy that you can’t even let your affiliates earn enough to pay for the damn advertising they do: expect to either lose them or get tested.

In my case Iglobal got both. Well I stopped promoting them but by that point I had accrued like $65 or something close: and it literally took me 4 months to get paid.

    What a class act!

Then when party poker opened up I was very hesitant but after talking around, it would have seemed they’d changed their ways. People were making money, and getting paid. So I stupidly began to list only the poker side and began to make money.

That lasted about long enough for me to get their damn banners good and spread out on my sites: and then I began to see income fall off. Back to their old ways I thought; and apparantly was correct.

I really thought when they went public traded all the bullshit would stop but it seemingly had little effect.

    Party, you suck.
