    My player stats suddently show “0” and I’m just wondering if my players have won or are their stats malfunctioning again. Anyone experience anything odd this month?

    When I check stats it shows if the players are winning, and how much they are ahead.

    That happened to me a few months back, had over 2k of commission due from aces high which was wiped off – made no sense at the time as the, if the player had won you would expect it to go negitive (in the casino rev anyway).

    When I enquired about it, they informed me the player was committing fraud as such they removed the player’s account. I’d say check with your rep to see if this is the case with you.

    Ok strange I was able to find the rev share report and the player has been completely wiped out. This is very odd since he’s been playing for a few years, and mostly like will not fall under the “fraud” categories. This is not looking good.

    My stats are screwed up this month. It seems some of my player’s simply disappeared. I’m also starting to believe that new players are not being credited to my account.

    I don’t know if this is technical or intentional on Referback’s part–however, Referback’s stats and reports are always the worst of any affiliate program I belong to. I don’t have much trust in the numbers they show on their reports.

    I’m about ready to drop all their casinos. It’s not worth the hassles and aggravation IMO. I’d rather spend the time promoting Fortune or Reward casinos; with their casinos I know my work is paying off.

    My stats have have completely stalled since the middle of the month… and the regular poker players I’ve been seeing have vanished as well. :(
