We are still not seeing our Phoenician players mapped to our Casino
Rewards account…..nor the earnings modified to reflect our Phoenician
earnings.Any idea when we can expect to be able to view our stats
May 16, 2006 at 6:18 pm #692459AnonymousInactiveWe really appreciate you guys not bothering to reply nor to fix the affiliate
after both my partner and I emailing you the details to do so with when you promised us it would be handled as soon as possible.Looking like our Phoenician players who are in some account we don’t have
access to may be in the company of our Integrity players who in the month before CR took over our affilaite earned us over a thousand dollars…
and since …:banger:

Obviously, you knew that, since you know your players are in the new account temporarily until the mapping to your desired account is done. (so I must have emailed you for you to know this).
That said … we’ve been waiting on the mapping for a week … so I don’t blame you for being antsy. I’m waiting too! Should be done before end of this week … we’re just trying to get them all setup and then do the last bit of the mapping at once.

Has this “mapping” been completed yet? I find it strange that our players have just dropped off all together. This would mean we went from making
3k a month at Adriches to making less then $100 with your program, that bites don’t ya think? If you have mapped over the players what are you all doing to retain them for us or to get them back in the casinos to play again?

I lost several good players and nothing was done to retain or encourage them to continue to deposit.

Have you been told that your players haven’t disappeared ….
just stopped playing? (every single one of them and only since Casino
Rewards took over?)
we have.
Have you gotten an explanation letter yet telling you the way to make money
is to put up banners and the people will click on them, and other than
that there was nothing they could do to help with your account?
we have.Maybe it has a lot to do with my attitude problem, the way I get my replies.
But maybe their attitude might need adjusting if their income had become
adjusted coincidentally after the merger. -
