Hi All,
As you know we’ve been insanely busy with the merger and we think we have literally just wrapped it up.
Here’s the scoop:
Thanks to all our due diligence we found that the data we had received from the merger was incomplete. To make a long story short, we did eventually get all the data, but along the way we were integrating what we had as fast as possible.
Every time we reintegrate new data, we have to re-sync the systems (this is a several day process – ensuring all players are mapped correctly, recalculating stats, uploading gigs of information to servers for your affiliate stats, and much more). Basically we had to do the affiliate part of the merger 3 different times. *sigh*
As I’m sure you can imagine, the stats are going to look pretty strange as all this is going on. Sometimes the players are there, sometimes they’re not (that’s what happens when we’re re-syncing)… most of you already know this, but for those who don’t:
All your stats are kept safe and sound regardless of what’s up on the affiliate stats. So when your stats are whacky … you don’t need to panic, but – as you all do – definitely send us an email so we can double check incase it’s not a sync-related issue.
That said, we *should* be done with merger related syncs … which should, for the most part, leave things stable and produce the expected stats without oddities.
Next, some of you will notice the “Special Promotions” field has a few bucks in there. For a few of the affiliates which we did not initially receive data and a couple of other mishaps along the way: since we didn’t have the (complete) data we could not map (all) your players before the end of last month. We remapped when we got the data, and calculated what you were owed from the 24th through to the end of April. May fixes itself, because it’s the same calendar month/pay period. Bottom line: that money is what you were owed from the last part of April from Aztec & Phoe. and will be paid out in the May round of commission payments.
Also, some of you have been emailing and emailing – we have been replying and replying – however, we keep get email from you saying that you are getting angry with us for not replying. So, you’re not getting our emails for whatever reason (your isp, spam filters, etc). We offer several ways to contact us for this reason. Please IM us or post on the forums.
Finally, now that the dust has settled – Go check your stats and ensure things look correct. Please email myself or Renee if you spot anything strange.
Thanks to all for your help and patience.

Also: I’ve noticed some other oddities in the legacy RevShare stats as well … these are the old stats, so nothing urgent, but will also be sorted out early next week.
Thanks all.
