I am editing the post, because we solved the issue, and there’s no point of making some of the confidential information public. Thanks to all for the support!!
Best regards,

May 27, 2006 at 3:45 am #693363AnonymousInactiveI’m sorry but I just can’t understand – If there’s problems with payments, that’s fine, just let us know. Another day has gone by and still no response to my e mails or posts.
Communication is so important in any business. When the site states payment is made the 15th business day of each month, “every month”.Has anyone else not been pais yet? Some have been paid for a week now and I even got confirmation from Andrew as to what my April commission was.
Please advise Natalie.

May 27, 2006 at 12:50 pm #693384AnonymousInactiveHi A-Z
All my aff programs is Neteller – I’ve had Cirrus ever since it’s inception and they were one of the first to pay. I’m not sure when they became part of Gambling Wages though.
I initially contacted my Aff manager on the 1st of May because when I checked my stats for April on May 1st was xx amount of dollars and when I checked it later that day, my commission for April was lower. Andrew wrote me back right away and told me my commission amount due me for April and it was completely different(actually more) than those 2 times I checked my April stats myself.
I only contacted them again with no response yet, when payments became late. I now have players for May that have deposited close to $2k and just don’t want to have this problem again in June for May’s commission.
The way it looks, Gambling Wages sites warrants some investment on my part to promote them a little heavier because with $2k in deposits, they have issued over $4K in coupon awards. The players are remaining loyal for this reason I would guess. But it doesn’t make sense to promote yet if I can’t get paid for the previous month or what is more disturbing to me than that, is not having my e mails responded to.

Try to contact Natalie directly via MSN messenger ad sure problem with payment will be resolved asap.
May 29, 2006 at 9:04 pm #693607AnonymousInactiveHello Dana,
Please try contacting me directly: [email protected]
I am afraid you were reading your stats wrong, because there’s no way it can show to you different amounts. As long as you get your numbers from the “Amount Earned”, it will give you the right amount for each month individually. However, I do have to agree with you that you have one small outstanding payment, and it will be issued to you as soon as possible. My apologies if I or Andrew were not able to assist you earlier.
Best regards,
Natalie Stewart.
Affiliate DirectorMay 29, 2006 at 9:43 pm #693612AnonymousInactiveHello Carmela,
You are on CPA deal, and that means that you get paid once your players deposit and play at least $60. At this moment you have only two players, who have qualified: one in Cirrus Casino and one in Palace of Chance. Therefore you are in title to receive $120, which will be issued as May payment.
Please contact me, if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
Natalie Stewart.
