Some player is reported to me that, he has plays more than 500 Raked Hands, however rewards account is from 28th not updated , still was 364 Raked Hands, he was no bonuses, and this is why?

There was a small update problem with the software not updating raked hands, but has now been fixed. The player has played over 500 raked hands and you will receive credit for that join.
