I know of a few people {my forum members } who opened accounts at some of the casinos from me 8 days ago – they played and made a few deposits each – some won some lost – but i have yet to see them in my stats –
So just wondering from deposit to showing on stats how long does it take?

Please send the player account numbers to your account manager Cobus. He will be able investigate where the accounts were referred from. If these accounts were not referred by another affiliate they will be allocated to you.

Waynethat is totally unacceptable – i mean even thou i know who they are i have to go get there account numbers and send them to you when i am 100% sure that they were downloaded thru my links on a clean computer?
What happens if people i dont know download and deposit ? You keep it all i guess cause i do not know about it and dont have the acc numbers.

I apologize for the delayed response.
How would we know which players belong to you if they did not use your links. The bottom line is players you refer from your web site or advertising have to use your links to be tracked to you, if they use another affiliates links they are not allocated to you. This is a fundamental rule of affiliate marketing.
Should a player go straight to the casino web site after visiting your web site they can still be tracked to you. This is what will be investigated. If the players do not belong to another affiliate they will be allocated to you in good faith.

but jut forget it i learned to just drop programs that are not accurate instead of arguing $250 is not worth a headache to me.

One possibility here is that they may have played at one of the referback properties before – through another affiliate. Could be years ago and they don’t even remember.
In that case, they would be mapped to the other affiliate.
Once you register a player at Referback they are yours for life. Ususally that works for you, but occasionally it works against you.
