I’m also having some problems with Gambling Wages.
I got a good depositor in January using REVENUE SHARING. That month I had earned $59,96 from that player which was carried over to February. That month I earned another $96,72 for that player so I had to get $156,69 which is over the $100 to get paid.
I mailed Natalie and she said:
“Please do not worry about the commissions: I gave the report to our accounting department, and they will make sure to issue you the payments for Palace of Chance.”That was on March 25. Funny enough my player seems to stop playing since I received that mail if I should trust my account because he played every week and every time he played more (cookie removed?).
In March that player got me another $181,81 until that mail so I should receive $338,50 before the 15th.
The 10th this month I mailed her about the payment of February but until now no respond.
Please help me!

I absolutely agree with you on the amount: it’s $338.50 for all the months, because you referred to us only one player. It’s going to be paid to you all together this month, according to our schedule, i.e. before the 15th business day.
Please note, your player’s last play was on 4/10/2006 9:30:42 PM, according to the RTG backend. In 3 months she deposited $1,280.00. This is a Western Union depositor, and they usually do not deposit as quick and as often as Neteller or Credit Card depositors. Let’s give her some time, to deposit again. Our sales department will contact her with some promotional credit, if by the end of the week we see no transactions from her.
Please let me know, if there’s anything else I can help you with. I was away from the office for more than a week to attend CAC and visit quickly our European branch. Don’t hesitate to add me to your msn messenger, so that you can contact me at any time: [email protected] I am practically always online, wherever I go.
Best regards,
Natalie Stewart.

A-Z, read the threads regarding Natalie. She does not deserve any harsh criticism – she is almost always available and works long hours. She is one of the best Aff. Managers to work with and has always responded to Calls and chats with quick replies to requests. I am sure you will have your situation cleared up soon. As I remember, all payments were delayed last month and many of us were affected.
