Did I miss something??

I hate staring a new thread but couldn’t figure out where to put this.

In the past at Referback, if a player was winning at one site and a player losing at another, your neg commissions were never deducted from the positive.

My laptop has keys stuck so is in for repairs and had to put my pc back together. I checked my Referback stats and there are winners in Lucky Nugget and Riverbelle. A new sign up and depositor is losing at the Gaming Club. The negative commissions are being subtracted from the positive commisions. Does anyone know when they started doing that again?
