What happened to the stats the past few days , and when are the payments for the second half of march comming.
Anyone having problems with stats the past few days ?
I was just coming here to ask the same question. It is very unlike them to not pay on the first business day of the month and I have never seen their stats stalled out for a week. I’ll email Gustav and see what’s going on.

They finally sent a payment; however, I still think my stats were incorrect for the last week where they were having problems. Were any of your stats off you think for the last week of the month right after their upgrade?
You Know miller, My stats are way out of wack , i went from earning on average of about 100 + a day from them for the past 4 months to making a total of $2 since the upgrade almost 2 weeks now , Somehow i think they lost all of my players. Sent a few ewmails with no response, all i know is i better get credited for them or im dropping them asap
Yeah something isn’t right. I have been making $150 to $200 a day with them for awhile now but today I’m at only $228 for the month of April. I just got this from Gustav and am waiting to hear back about why my April commission is so low.

We had some problems with running the payment batch last week.
This has now been solved and we are very sorry for this delay. We promise to get better at this in the future.

You know i asked my am why the stats are so low, and i got the same response as you , they keep saying payment problems , but there not responding to the question that i ask which is what happened to my players.
P.s. i just received payment for second half of march ,

Hi Rick,
The reason why your earnings are so low is because the payment batch was run yesterday. Meaning that the last payment period was 4 days longer than usual and this will be 4 days shorter.

Hi,
There was a problem with the statistics updating, but this in no way affected your actual payouts. The payments were delayed, and so when the payment batch was created this was for a longer period (4 days extra). The next payment (April 16) will thus be 4 days with less earnings, as these have already been paid out.
Please accept out apologies for this, and rest assured that your earnings were not affected. We are working hard to ensure that such problems do not occur again.
