Take a look at my site http://www.casinogeld.de

    and then http://www.casinogeld.net

They have stolen the entire site – but my links are still active at .net

What do I do about that?

    The thief are from China!

That does suck. It looks to me like they have replaced your links with their own, but I only checked a couple of links.

    You should do 2 things:
    1) Contact the affiliate programs to have their accounts suspended
    2) Fill out a spam report at Google to have them removed from their database

Yep. Definitely. Make sure the programs know, all of them.

Make sure google and all the other engines know.

your links and aff code is still intact!

why not change the content of your own page a bit
    and profitice from it????

The amazing thing , is that they have copied also your entire linking partners section.

This may play in your favor.

If you place a complain for spam in Google and aff programs , try to include some proof that your partners are linking only with you.

be interesting to see how long it takes them (if ever) to move the aff link codes to their own.

for certain it would be wise if you do choose to let them go on without giving them any hassles: to monitor them for if/when they do change over aff links.

heck until then its all in your favor unless I’ve missed a point.

Ok a couple of things you can do in addition to contacting search engines.

I have checked their whois record and it looks like the address is completely made up.

    Zhanyao Chen ()
    +44.13955888124
    Fax:
    no.13 zhongshan road
    BJ, 100001
    GB

The +44.13955888124 number looks like a UK Number, and that the person who registered this is in the UK. I would definately give him/her a wake up call – Indeed this action works 99% of the time whenever I have had to resort to phoning thieving webmasters. You should find your content taken down pretty quickly after said phone call.

Second step is to file an invlaid whois record report :)

    http://wdprs.internic.net/

You can bet any money, that internic will force their domain registrar to make the whois record correct or they lose the domain. The address on the record is bogus. If within 5 days of Internic requesting that the details be made correct and they haven’t done so, they will automatically lose the domain.

One thing I wouldnt do, is sit and allow this site to remain with your content. You are risking a duplicate content penalty if you do.
