Tracker Problem Solution

We had problems as well with ours but we stumbled upon a solution. When creating new trackers (MGR) and entering a bonus code (lets call it xxxx), if you selected “none” as the bonus option, you would get an email telling you that bonus code xxxx had been created and the tracker id was #######. But, when you looked in your affiliate login, the code was not listed there but the tracker id was. And, anybody you signed up using the bonus code, would not be tracked to you. Their is no telling how many people we lost. It is still not fixed yet. Do you think they will ever give us the credit for any of these players? LOL
