I’m almost sure that if this delay will continue for more days from today, is something related to the stats delay that they have this month, just like 3 months ago, and 4 moths ago, ecc…sincerly and personally they shows many good fetures and every time they honor payments in someways…but I’m a little tired of that frequent problems that they shows, for example why nobody told us the reason because the stats are frozen since 8 days? In any case, I don’t want to be polemic or aggressive as I told first, they usually pay…we will see!:eh:
Oh I know they will pay, I am just trying to find out when and to encourage them to speed up the process if possible.

There’s just been an explanation posted under “Fortune Affiliates Stats” relating to this. So correct assumption, unfortunately right now we still can’t give a date as to when payments will be made.

Well they said there paying in the email i got 2 days ago but no cash yet in neteller
Just received an email from fortune saying most stats have been fixed. And they are making payments now. Still havent received mine yet thou , has anyone else. heres the email
We are going to start up the stats engine again. The data displayed
may still be incorrect for a few affiliates as it only affected certain
players. We will be sending out a communication to the affected
affiliates to advise the expected impact and resolution.While the stats engine has been off all of the data on existing and new
players has still been collected which means that you will see the
correct stats if you are not one of the affected affiliates.To avoid delaying payments further we have decided to make the payments
now and adjust the affected affiliates as soon as all the outstanding
data issues have been resolved.Please contact our support should you require any more information.

Nope, haven’t seen a payment. Why send out an email stating payments are being made and not make the payments?

What we meant was, to avoid making payments later than as stated in our T&C’s, the 20th of the month, we needed to start our payment run immediately as it takes a few days to complete.
We apologise if the communication sent out caused any confusion.

Its amazing how some other programs are able to pay on the first day of the month and for others there are always problems and you have to wait 25 days for them to sort everything out.

Maybe these guys dont understand getting paid on time is paramount to us affiliates. It’s not so much that it looks like payments are going to be late this month as we know that is going to happen from time to time, but the lack of effort on their part to communicate with the affiliates here is just crazy. If our money is not here when we expect it we want to know why and exactly when we will get it. Dont they understand this is a business. Is it really asking too much for someone to take 2 minutes out of their day over there and give us a quick update. Here FA, let me show you how easy it is.
Attention affiliates: Just a quick update as I know there are some concerns about January commissions and I want all affiliates to know exactly where they stand with getting paid. I know we said we hope to pay all commissions on the 20th, however commissions have been delayed 3 days and will be made no later than 02/24/06.
Real hard FA, it took 2 minutes to do that. Theres no reason there should ever be any guesswork when were talking about getting paid. Theres also no reason for it to take a week to answer a simple email or no reason to leave your affiliates in the dark in regards to the stats issue. I think these guys need to take their affiliates a little more seriously. I just dont get it and would run things a lot differently if I was in their shoes. You would just think there would be a little more effort towards affiliate pr on their part.
