    Dean and I have been trying to reach you via email and phone for 3 weeks now. I’ve sent you at least 4-5 emails myself.

    We have not been paid for a few months now from GW and we would like to sort this out asap.

    This is a bit insane, I called there and was told that Natalie will be back in the office in a few minutes, and would return our call when she returns. That was 6 hours ago :cuss: and a call from Australia to boot.

    An update, Natalie called me after midnight (affiliate groups really need to check where their affiliates are from and call them accordingly to their time zones) and since she woke me up, she said she would be emailing me all the details, I just got up and still don’t see anything…..

    I must appologize, I did find the payments from previous months, my big concern now is the negative balance that I’ve seen at Cool Cat for the last 3 months, it keeps carrying over…

    Are you looking at the “Amount Accrued this period” number?
    If so, that number seems to always carry over – not sure why.
    However, The “amount earned” number is always accurate and that is what you should expect to get paid (Plus “amount added for reversed bans” and minus “amount deducted.”)
    If you still haven’t talked with Natalie I’d suggest getting a hold of her via MSN Messenger – She is on quite often and is always very helpful.

    Thanks I’ll add her now to msn.
    It’s actually Cirrus that we’ve been negative with for many months now. And the amount earned has been negative since November as well as the Amount Accrued This Period.

    Hello Ellen,

    We pay without negative carry overs, and nodepositeneeded is right: you shall always check your stats according to the Amount Earned. It shows the exact figure of what you shall expect as your payment for that particular month. However, since you are worried it’s not that way, I am checking now month-by-month all of your affiliate ids, and I compare them to what I have on the admin backend. If there’s any discrepancy, or if I find any negative carry over in the Amount Earned, I will let RTG know, and recalculate your payments.
