At first look your site looks like it needs urgent design & content work.
The only real method of acquiring new quality traffic these days is through SEO, which includes quality content and strong link backs.
PPC and paid advertising has become much less relevant for gaming related terms.

As them name of your site as poker guider I would expect to find guides to poker, therefore in my opinion the best route for now would be to start adding quality original content that has to do with keywords your are working on.

During this start looking for link partners to both swap and do 3 way links with. I would imagine it would be hard to get any quality link back with the site in its present format, which is very close to link farm status and not much content.
Add at least 30-40 SE indexed pages and than start contacting other webmaster for link.

As for the design, I would organize it, it seems to be rather messy.

Check your TITLE tag as it seems to be having some encoding issue. Furthermore your links / add url pages seem to be showing 404 errors.
