Can someone please try downloading Cinema casino and see if they see the Viper software? I think Denzil is clueless. In my first sentence I told him I was trying to get screenshots for my site. I don’t think he realizes that still.

When I tried downloading Cinema casino from your home page, it downloads
the old Thumper software. I am going to post this at the CAP forum and
have someone else try downloading. See if they get the same results. Here

software and not the Viper. I’m trying to get screenshots of the new

Randy: No, I just uninstalled it.
Randy: The new games are not in the old software.
Denzil: Please note that all the games, are not installed immediately,
you will need to click on the games with the red dots(on the left hand
side of the screen) to get those games immediately, also note that the
games on the Thumper/Viper will differ from the Flash version.
Randy: There are no red dots. It is not Viper.
Randy: Try downloading Cinema casino for yourself and see what happens.
Denzil: Thank you for your patience. I will be with you shortly.

Denzil: Okay, we are unable to give you a reason as to why this is
happening, however what you can do in the meantime is go to
http://www.vegaspartnerlounge.com and following the links from there, if the
problem still persists then you can get the CD mailed to you for FREE,
you will need to fill out the registration form on vegaspartnerlounge.com.
Randy: I’m worried about someone clicking thru from my sit and not being
able to download the Viper software.
Denzil: I do not know what you mean by that, could you please re-explain.
Randy: From you home page I click download. The old software loadsand not
the Viper. I advertise the new games on my site. If my visitor downloads
your casino and can’t find the new games, they will go elsewhere.
Denzil: Okay…please hold

That seems about normal for using Instant Chat to get some affiliate help. Actually, you did good. He didn’t slough you off until you got to explain your point.
They are usually so clueless about anything affiliate that you can practically hear them say “duh”. I once tried to request a banner code and the guy virtually had no clue what a banner was.
I would have thought having the wrong software in their download might have rung a bell for him – oh well – I guess the casino is getting what they pay for…
