I don’t appear to be able to login.
I get this error message:
Account Status: EmailFailed
Reason: The Email address entered was not found on the system, please re-enter your details carefully. If you forgot your login details, please click on the ‘Forgot login details’ option above.Thanks!
Do to my silly topic line, we have this going in two threads, but either way, your not alone, i’m having the same problem, and someone responded to my thread as well having the same problem

I emailed Jaco at FA earlier today but got nothing back yet.Tyler.

I just logged into my FA account. Looks like whatever was wrong is fixed now.

Yes, there was a problem which our IT guys didn’t pick up for a few hours as they should have.
All sorted out now and I’m going to have a “chat” :shooter: about this happening in future without anyone getting notified.
