Just wondering if I’m the only one with a stats issue now that we can again see our earnings. I have activity there daily, it is a rare day in years when I have no gamblers there. I have 0 revenue since December 29th, no purchases, no redeems. I have contacted them and they have actually had the nerve to assure me that the stats have been tracking properly. In over 4 years I have never gone more than 2 days without activity. I still am showing nothing today and yet they say everything is fine.
I’m actually amazed that they can look at my stats, my history, and see 0 for over a week but say that the tracking is fine and has never been affected during the downtime. They are being rather rude about it too.
Wondering if anyone else is having the same issue?
Just an FYI, so far still no resolution to my disappearing revenue. Just to show you what’s going on, I’ve been an affiliate with Starluck for 4 years, have a great number of regular players. Here are my purchase stats just from Nov. 1st til now:

My stats have been solid like prior to Dec 20th for 4 years, and they still have no resolution to my issue, nevermind the fact that I’m being told that all tracking is working fine and has been working fine all along. I can only imagine the revenue I am losing.
I’ve pulled them from the most visible areas I have and would advise anyone to stay away from them right now.
I’m beyond frustrated. I worked hard to get the regular players I have and can’t believe they are doing nothing to get this resolved for me.
