To get the cap rate you have to call between 9am and 530pm Eastern Time.
I just tried to make a reservation but after hours reservation department didn’t have the group code in their computer sleeping.g
I called today and made my reservation
But the reservation agent didn’t have any information on the price to upgrade to Ocean View. She said I would just have to pay the normal ocean view rate which didn’t make much sense.Could one of the Spring Break coordinators try to negotiate a “beach view” upgrade price? Also, my reservation confirmation showed the daily use fee, I’m assuming that part was just a mistake and will be billed correctly at the event.

I REALLY wish I could make it… My sister is getting married in the Riviera Maya, Cancun at the same time. I’d love to get some ‘recaps’ of the seminars / discussions. Possible?
Hello All! I contacted the hotel to research room reservation issues and it must have just been a misinformed reservation agent. We pretended to make a reservation and they were able to book it under the group code ok and did confirm there is no daily usage fee when you book with a group.
My sales manager has gotten with the reservations director to make sure she reiterates this to her agents.
If you had issues, please PM me your full name and I will send it over to make sure your room was booked under the correct code, with no usage fee.
They are also going to send over an upgraded ocean view rate that people can book. Once I get the rate I will post it.
They are very sorry for any inconvenience!
