Here is an e-mail I just received from Fortune Affiliates.
Hi XXXX;
We have reconciled your account and found that you are not meeting the
requirements for you to stay on the Casino CPA earnings model. We have
therefore changed you to the Casino Wagering Share earnings model.
You may choose a different earnings model but you will not be able to select
Casino CPA.Sincerely,
Marvyn H
Fortune Affiliates
1 800 871 3109 (U.S.toll-free)Here was my response to them.
What? I haven’t earned a thing from from you in months.
Why are you taking me off of CPA now? Let me guess. I
have already had several players make one deposit. Now
you’re worried they’ll make another and you’ll have to pay
me. Don’t worry about changing my earnings model. All
links/banners from any Fortune Affiliates client will be
removed from all of my sites. I was already warned about
you illegally changing your terms and conditions. I should of
removed them then. Trust me. It’s your loss, not mine.Have a good day, XXXX
As I said. I haven’t earned ANYTHING from them in months. I made
$200.00 in May and $200.00 in June. Nothing since. I have since sent
them over 160 downloaders(not sure how many players), and have
been paid nothing. I was just waiting on some of them to make their 2nd
deposit. Then I could earn somehting. Now I won’t be getting anything from
the 2nd depositors or have I ever received anything from all the players I
already sent them. This obviously isn’t a case of me receiving too much money via CPA for
the players I’m sending them. This is JUST A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m
removing everything having to do with Fortune Affiliates and their clients
from all my sites. The only section they’ll be in now is PLACES THAT LIKE
TO SCAM PLAYERS. If they will scam their affiliates, I’m sure they would
scam their players.December 23, 2005 at 9:18 pm #679165AnonymousInactiveCheck my post here and our mailing contact

December 23, 2005 at 10:39 pm #679171AnonymousInactiveAnd again, and again, and round and round we go.
Everyone here needs to go to the 888 forum here and read the last bunch of posts there.
We have just been through this.
December 24, 2005 at 4:03 pm #679192AnonymousInactivebut this has nothing to do with being over paid via CPA Dominique. If you look at my situation, there is no conclusion other than Fortune Affiliates screwing me over.
I haven’t been paid anything from them in the last 6 months. How could I be over paid because of players not producing enough revenue? Answer that for me please.
I was just hoping a few of my sign-ups would deposit a 2nd time earning me the CPA. I guess none of them have.
I won’t have to worry about losing any more money to them. I’ll never send them another player.
The only thing that they do that is comparable to 888 is all the SPAMMING they allow.
December 24, 2005 at 4:20 pm #679193AnonymousInactiveSorry… But Dominique is exactly right. If you read into the 888 threads, they are screwing their CPA affiliates in the same way.
Starts off with a letter saying the players suck, then the aff acount is disabled. No changeover to rev-share. (sound familiar??)
December 24, 2005 at 8:25 pm #679200AnonymousInactiveFortune has been one of the best performing groups I promote with excellent player retention. Being on rev share really is not a bad thing, overall most affiliates make a lot more money on rev share in the long run.
I personally do not like CPA deals.
I think as long as the affiliate is trying and not scamming they should be paid. ( I do not know the circumstances here )
This is my opinion on CPA deals.
First you many only get a few players making little deposits. So what, this is your risk. But then you may end up getting that high roller, that is the affiliates risk of loosing rev share from that player which could have made them much more.
If you take away cpa deal due to the fact you do not think you are profiting enough, will you give the option back to the affiliate to change to rev share when they bring in a huge high roller?
December 25, 2005 at 1:52 am #679213AnonymousInactiveIf you are real in this biz do a rev deal. If you are a Aff trying to screw then do a CPA and I hope you get burned. On the other side a smart AFF program should not offer a CPA.

Ditto.
People never learn.
December 26, 2005 at 4:40 am #679239AnonymousInactiveI have to agree with krystall2 on this one. I think everyone’s experience is very different but FA really is the only Micro that I’m doing good each and every month with Rev Share. I don’t know about CPA with FA since I had Rev Share from the start but I’m doing good with Rev Share so I don’t think I’ll ever go with CPA. :popcorn:Any of you guys do better on FA Poker houses? or Casinos? Just want to know if anybody get’s paid more on Poker then on FA’s Casino. :drunk2: Cheers.
