Do I get 40% from the first dollar if I join through the CAP link? I e-mailed your support and they told me it wasn’t so.. So how is it?
Thank you for your email. No, you won’t start at 40% using the links at CAP.com. The progressive scale we use where affiliates can move up levels and percentages (and CPA) are shown here: http://www.pokeraffiliate.com/about/partnership.php
