What makes it a direct copy in your opinion ?I mean I see it’s a table of information about Casinos etc, but the column layout is different, the text is different, casinos are ordered differently and some are missing.
Certainly, you could argue that it’s been inspired by your page … but in no way is it a direct copy …
eg. look at the information for 32Red .. it’s just different.I’m no copyright lawyer, but this doesn’t look to be a duplicate, or even a very close carbon copy. There must be hundreds out table like this out there? I’d vote no copy if I was a juror …
(but I could be talking bollocks … I’m a newbie to Casinos)
