InactiveHi!
We understand the importance of giving full and transparent info to our affiliate partners and that is why we came out with our new reports in 2005. We are also adding a new report in the next few weeks – Daily Traffic (Kevin’s idea), which will help you to track the effectiveness of our difference banners and links over any period of time, up to one month.
In 2006 we would like to give you more info on a player level. Other than access to the casinos player dbases
what additional info would you like us to give you?
The only limitations are player confidentially, casino security and the technical limitations of producing reports that are too big or too complex.
We are also looking into the possibility of providing xml data feeds – would this also be of interest?
Please let me know.
Best regards,
LloydNovember 23, 2005 at 1:10 pm #677151Anonymous
InactiveI applaud your efforts!! :clapper:
Here is what I would be interested in:
1. Player cashins
2. Player game stats
a. What specific games were played
b. Not just percentages… Ex. Played King Cashalot, #Bets, #Income, #Payout Total, Average Betsize
3. Player Daily Report
a. Player played (above stats) on Sunday, Monday, etc.I know that is a lot of detail, but the better I know my players the better I can promote what my visitors want.

InactiveI’ve got another one
1. Specific Time & Date reporting for downloads
2. Follow-Thru to converting to Real Money Player (or even For Fun Player)
This would also give me correlation data to find out who was at my site… How long they were there prior to clicking… What pages they visited… Basically – What interests them?
Thanks!

InactiveI’d also like to see player deposits and bonuses applied to their accounts.

InactiveYou know….
If we got all of this stuff, I don’t think I would ever question statistics again! :rollover:

InactiveThis is definitely a step in the right direction! I will keep an eye out for further developments here and Brightshare should be commended for listening to affiliates and providing as much information they can that doesn’t violate player confidentiality, etc.
What if player profiles were available, deposit/wager/cashout history etc, but with each record having some sort of a unique 10 number identifier or something, i.e. not providing any personally identifying info but still providing the affiliate with transparent info they can appreciate and use to better serve and convert customers?

InactiveDitto on all of the above!

InactiveThanks for all your suggestions and kind words!
The casinos use an application provided by Microgaming which holds all the player data you are all looking for, plus all the confidential data that can’t be provided. Ideally, if we could arrange an affiliate login which would give limited access to this application. However, the security issue will be a major concern and I’m not sure that we can overcome that one easily. The application works on a query basis and we could look at the possibility of building a separate query for affiliates but this is may be a very large project and will take time.
I would like to make a suggestion that will be a lot less complicated to implement so please let me know what you think of this idea:
Update the drill down details of the earnings report:
The earnings report currently gives you the following details on the drill down:
Banner Tag
Account
Date Opened
Purchase Amount
Net Profit
% Share
EarningsWe can look into adding more columns to this player drill down on the earnings report, such as:
Cashouts
Average bet size
Number of purchases
First Played
Last Played
Purchase Method
Promotion
Total Bets
Visits
Purchase Sum
Purchase Qty
Cash In Sum
Cash In QtyWe can also add to the favorite games report the following:
A top six game groups table with number of bets
A top ten games table with number of betsAnd a detailed table by player account number showing:
GameType
Game
Total BetsThis is all pending my management approval :tounge2: but how does that look?
Thanks!
Best regards,
