Can Wayne please explain how the Positive value for one casino can be greater than 0 and the Actual value be negative. Is this some sort of mistake in the stats? This is on the Classic Revenue Share.
I’m sure I’m not the only one that notices it. If it is correct, are we being paid for the largest Positive value for players in the same casino (if it is negative overall) because I thought each casino was combined? Obviously this is good for afiliates but I didn’t realise this was happening. I think it is more likely to be some sort of mistake.
On another point, I reached the 30% level on the 20th of this month so my commission was over $4500 but the next day the positive casino revenue reduced by over 6k. This meant a big drop. This drop was from players at Aces High which was showing a positive and ‘actual’ value of around 9k but then the ‘positve’ reduced dramatically to just over 2k. Since then the ‘positive’ for Aces High has been growing a bit again but the ‘actual’ keeps reducing and is now at almost -$16k with the positive value increasing to around $3k last time i checked.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the player(s) won $6k in a day but it’s a bit suspicous coming so soon after reaching the 30% level but what I don’t really understand is the strange values for ‘actual’ casino revenue. Can you please explain this to everyone as I can’t see how the ‘positive’ is increasing and the ‘actual’ is decreasing in Aces High for me since the big drop there after the 20th.

Referback pays commission on earnings that are reflected as Positive Casino Revenue.
Positive Casino Revenue and Actual Casino Revenue currently reflects different balances online as the Total Accounts reflects two players contributing to your revenue.
The reason for this split is due to the fact that you have a new and an old player; the old player contributing to the Positive Casino Revenue and the old player contributing to the Actual Casino Revenue. Therefore, you will be earning the commission reflected online earned off the Actual Positive Casino Revenue.

What does the Actual Revenue and Positive Revenue actually mean for each caisno? Both are usually the same for each casino if the positive is over zero. I thought, for each particular casino, that the ‘actual’ could be negative if the positive was 0 (the players were winning overall) but if the ‘positive’ was greater than 0, the actual had to be the same figure.
It is strange in my case that for Aces High (there are only 3 players there at the moment out of 29 playing altogether and also according to the stats there are no new players at Aces High which you seem to mention is affecting it, only purchasing players that didn’t count for me and old players), both Actual/Positive there rose to near $9k on the 20th to get me to 30% and then the Positive for Aces High fell by over $6k the next day to under $2.5k and the Actual seems chaotic (there were 2 players there at the time). The ‘positive’ at Aces High rose to near $3k again but then halved but is now at over $2500 but the ‘actual’ never seems to make sense and is anywhere from -2k to -15k (it actually went towards -15k as the ‘positive’ increased). Seems dodgy that the ‘actual’ only went haywire after the big commission drop soon after getting to the 30% level.

The actual revenue is the winnings and losses of the players. This is done separately for new and old players and then made positive on each group. New players are those acquired since the 1st of August 2005. Old players are those that had joined one of the casinos prior to the 1st of August 2005.
The positive revenue is the calculation of winnings and losses of the players and is only reflects balances of zero or more.
In the case of your Aces High accounts you had old and new players contributing to the revenue. Two of these players were old and one was new. The old players were contributing to the positive revenue and the new player was contributing to the actual revenue as the amount was less than zero.

My commission was in the 30% level on the 20th of last month and then Aces High player(s) won about $6k the next day as I mentioned, but it never recovered much and kept going up and down. I never reached the 30% level again but a day into December someone on Aces High has already contributed $5k in one day after 10 days of almost no movement (there was movement all the time but nothing much)!
If this had happened the day before I would have received another $900+ in commission because of the increase to 30% so it seems strange to me that this has happened at the very start of the next month (I’m checking the stats early on the 2nd of the month so assume it happened yesterday).
Don’t you think this should be added to the previous commission as it seems a bit suspicious to happen the way it did after 10 days of insignificant movement for Aces High?
