    Is anyone monitoring this area from Poker Room?

    Is there a number we can call for support if our emails go unanswered?

    And wasn’t yesterday the 16th the day payments that were owed supposed to be made?

    I’d like to be able to reach someone by phone or someone that will reply back to an email if anyone knows any contact info that is responsive.

    I have a conference call scheduled with them tomorrow and will ask that they montior the forums daily and respond to questions posted.

    I know that many people are traveling to conferences over the last several weeks and this has caused communication delays.

    I wasn’t sure if I had a payment coming but I thought I did. It was my first with them so.. I didn’t know if I was reading things right. On the page it says they pay twice a month and one of those payments are made on the 16th unless it falls on a weekend, then the following business day. When the 16th came and went, I really had doubts on whether I had that due or not. I had written to them a few days prior, or maybe even a week, and asked then about my stats and if I read that right and had a payment coming to me this next pay date. No response.

    I really hate when there’s no telephone number listed to call someone I do business with. It’s not bad if they’re very quick with email responses. But if they’re not, or worst yet, if they don’t respond at all, then it’s frustrating.

    The good news is, I apparently did have a payment coming, my first one, and received it in Neteller this morning. Wahooooooo!!

    So I don’t have any questions now, although it would be nice in the future to know that I can contact them somehow with questions, and count on reaching someone within a reasonable amount of time.

    I have to say that I love the way this program is set up to pay twice a month, rather than once. :)

    It is true that the PokerAffiliate.com Team have been extremely busy of late, but the team has just increased in size and we will attempt to have a much bigger presence on this forum.

    Also, all emails will be answered that you send to us and we will aim to have these answered in as short a time as possible.

    Please let me know if you have any more problems regarding your payment. We only payout when the amount exceeds $50.
