In August I had a negative rev share at DD ( I have one player that has apparently cashed out every deposit for the last 3 months) and a positive rev share at PP. The negative rev share consumed the positive. Since this was during the T/C changes that were later changed back, I assumed this would change and I would receive credit for the positive rev share. I sent an email and received the answer that this was during the t/c change and the calculations for August were based on the ‘new’ terms and conditions. The deduction would remain since it fell under that month’s t/c. I would like to contest this please.
Second, I was not aware that a negative rev share with 2nd tier affiliates would be removed from my total balance of rev share. Could you show me where this is stated please? With the new promos, I could go backwards at a rapid rate. If this is policy at FA and not an error, I would like to contest this as well.

FA1426I spoke with Marvyn at Fortune Affiliates who is looking into the two questions for me. He did try to contact me via phone but I hadn’t updated my information and couldn’t connect. He indicated that hopefully, these problems will be satisfactorily resolved by week’s end. Thanks Marvyn for working with me on this what ever the outcome!
