Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of complications that may arise by running a private label site on us servers and living in the US.
Any precaution that should be taken?

I think there is no problem since you are only marketing which is 100% legal.

You do not have access to the backend and do not collect money. Hence you are not operating a gambling institution, you are advertising one.
