Red Hot Revenue / Guardian Affiliates

This has been going on since January and i think that’s plenty of time to have sorted it our by now.

Twice the claim to have sent 2 paymets of $3000 each time and neither time did it turn up. The 1st payemnt the iban number was totally wrong and they fail to admit fault although if they even checked the emails they would see i have only provided one iban number so could they make a mistake!!

The 2nd payment never showed and was apparently refused by our bank? again no iban number was pesent this time and it seemed like just a piece of paper.

Despite many emails of them admitting they owe the mnoney and trying to pay they now say i am not getting paid unless i find the 1st $3000 and return it. (their fault not mine)

They still owe $7500 and i have no idea why they keep trying to send me $3000. I have offered them months ago the chance to pay me $4000 and i will consider that finalized as i could see no end to the problem.

I had no replies from my affiliate manager for weeks so sent an email asking about the program from a different email address and what would you know!! Reply within 20 mins.

They cannot deny they owe the money, I don’t beleive the stats either.

I have wasted time and money on this affiliate program and am not prepared to let it go this time.

I also printed 1500ish magazines all about their poker room which were to go out and include the discs they were sending me. I gave them 4 weeks extra than the date they said to get the discs (January) and am still waiting now – wasted money as they were all primed to show people how to sign up using the disc.

I have been an affiliate for 11 years and have never came across anyone as bad as this in my whole time.

I held back in Feb as i could see payment problems and did not promote any poker room on the site i used for theirs until i got a solution, therefore i have also lost/wasted 5 months of revenue from a poker club site with over 1200 active members and rising.

Complete waste of time and no matter what they may reply on here i have PROOF i am correct and they are liars.

I have employed a lawyer in Malta today to assist me in recovering monies owed. Let’s see how that goes. As i said i am not letting this go it’s not so much the money as the principal and the way in which they have treated myself and other affiliates who work hard on their behalf.
