Satya – question about affiliate agreement

Hi Satya – or anyone else who might have some insight into the new party poker affiliate agreement. I have a couple of questions about some of the points.

Section 3.2.5 (d) frames any page of the Website in whole or in part

Does this include using any graphics? I see several affiliate sites that use the party poker chip, or money, cards, etc. Am I right to assume that this won’t be tolerated?

Section 3.2.15 violate the terms of use and any applicable policies of any search engines;

How do you violate the terms of a search engine? Satya, could you explain what this means?
