Hi guys, can anyone help this member of mine who claim he hit 2 Jackpots but they only gave him $75 bucks and erased the progressive jackpot to 0.00 then he hit another jackpot and they would not honor any of it. Now this is what the members had to post: oh and the progressive jackpot that when to 0.00 was $26,000.00 ” (THIS IS JUST WRONG”Thought I`d let you all know that after days of e-mails and faxing EVERTHING they wanted they declined withdrawl requests and finally told me I could withdraw only 75.00 after play through requirements so I asked for that to be deposited into my neteller account, I did continue to play as I waited and hit the progressive jackpot on Bank ON It for 197.00 and asked them if I could withdraw that win ,answer NO ,I was still playing on chips I won on a Free chip was their reason why, so while I was waiting to hear about my withraw of 75.00 I continued to play as Scandless suggested and all of a sudden my balance went from $21,387.00 to 0.82 , so I checked account history and my neteller withdrawl had been declined and the manager had requested a withdrawl and oh,quess what that was approved ,but of course . I do supect after playing there and hitting 2 progressive jackpots that I bet the majority of progressive jackpots are more than likely hit by players useing free chips that they never will pay on,I am not satisfied with the outcome of this matter and would like to hear what you seasoned veterns of online gambling recommend that I should do or not do about this or if you think I just complain to RTG company .

March 31, 2005 at 2:33 pm #663651AnonymousInactivethat is the risks of taking no deposit bonuses.. There is rules
April 2, 2005 at 10:47 pm #663700AnonymousInactiveYes, I understand that but don’t you think something is up? This member of mine hits not one but two jackpots. Now, hmmmm, let’s see, if I can figure this out, doesn’t that mean that they have made it that a n/d player would hit the jackpot so they don’t need to get loose $26,000.00? That’s the way I see this. and let’s compare $75 bucks to $26,000.00 . :drunk2:
April 3, 2005 at 2:55 am #663709AnonymousInactiveIt was there choice to take free money.. It was a gamble they were willing to take.. It is to bad but sounds like they ended up on a winning streak.
In no way do I think the casino should change rules for this player. When giving free money away to players, they have to protect themselves. This is why they have rules on free money offers..
BTW: did the player ever deposit anything?
April 3, 2005 at 4:31 am #663711AnonymousInactiveI agree with krystal, if you are using bonus money then you need to accept the terms and conditions that apply to the bonus. If you don’t accept those bonuses then e-mail support and have the bonus taken away.
That said, if you think you do have a valid complaint then visit http://www.casinomeister.com/problems.html and ‘pitch a bitch’.
April 3, 2005 at 9:47 am #663716AnonymousInactivehmmm, well, what if were not married yet? jk. just a Sunday morning joke guys. :woohoo: But, yes you guys do have a good point but winning streak or no winning streak, I still wonder what they do with the rest of the $26,000.00? Any chance they put the money back at the progresive so that others can hit it? hmmmm, goes ot 0 right? :hitthefan
April 3, 2005 at 5:49 pm #663725AnonymousInactiveIf this is one of the RTG system-wide progressives rather than a game available only at Cool Cat, we should be able to see the history of it at my SlotCharts site.
Which game was it, and on what date(s) was it hit by your friend?
April 4, 2005 at 7:28 pm #663764AnonymousInactiveFrom what I’ve read on Cool Cat rules:
The maximum cash out for the regular customers is twice the amount of Free chip.
And more important:
Free chip users are not eligible to wager on any of the progressive games. If a player plays a progressive game with a free chip offer, all money generated will be forfeited.
April 4, 2005 at 11:07 pm #663775AnonymousInactiveThis is what he posted at my board from the start:
Hi;
It`s the first time i have won anything to get excited over.
I HIT the Random Jackpot on Cleo for over $26,300.00 , now I don`t know for sure about any withdrawl , because I was playing on a No deposit bonus, and have not deposited there. So does anybody know about this casino or have any advise . I just can`t believe it yet!!!!Just had to let people know it can happen and it feels great!!ronido
So, it was Cleo and if that rule is true, then why is everyone playing Cleo Slots? And, how come they did not even answer emails to this member for a week or 2? that’s what I’m wondering about. And my member did tell me that the jackpot went to 0 and he hit another one after that.
