I need assistance please

I’ve been an affiliate for a couple years until recently.

I’ve worked with several affiliate managers at iGlobalMedia but they don’t seem to stick around very long. Basically, I had a question about why $1,100 had been placed in an account that I did not have access to and so I emailed my contact along with others for about 3 months and never got a reply.

If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. In the past I had stored all of my information at my forum (which was hacked into and completely wiped out) so the tags I used and other information was permanently lost and added to my frustration.

I know that the rep is a way for the conference so I’ll wait for them to return.
