Last month I started promoting Integrity Casino’s new property, Casino Classic. I noticed their stats were not showing revenues, however they were tracking how many depositors. I had several deposits to the new casino, therefore, I emailed them. I received a reply that they were in fact having tracking and/or stats problems with that casino and that I would be notified when the problem was rectified. In short, I wasn’t notified and the stats NEVER updated. I emailed them again to inquire about it and have yet to receive a reply or an update in stats. I’ll give it maybe a little longer and then will have to remove them. Totally unacceptable IMO.

March 7, 2005 at 1:59 am #662539AnonymousInactiveWhat is their contact email???
March 7, 2005 at 3:47 am #662552AnonymousInactiveYou have to contact them from within the affiliate website. I just received an email response from them, BUT they totally sidetracked the subject and just told me payments were on their way! I just wrote back to them again to further explain what the issue is, but I have a feeling I’m writing to them to practice my typing skills. :dozing: I hope that’s not the case. As I told them, I don’t advertise for free. :lookaroun
March 7, 2005 at 4:19 am #662556AnonymousGuestsounds like you talked to Peter. He can dance with you allllllllllll night.
I’ve caught them one time where at the end of the month I was +250, or $450, can’t remember.
I checked back the next day (1st of the month) and amazingly my income was gone. I contacted them about it and finallly got them to admit I had earned the money. They’re excuse was that they still had on their books that they owed me, but somehow it got deleted off the books I see.
you don’t suppose it was because that I hadn’t promoted them in over a year and almost never checked my stats there; therefore when they saw I had made money, they assumed I hadn’t been in to check the stats that month either and just took away my earnings, and then when I confronted them about it … they came clean?
Nah. couldn’t be that.

It could be that they are all “Peters.” :3eyes: I watch EVERY program very, very closely regardless of whether I have done well with them or not. I do notice that some places do like to play hide and seek with revenues. :nervous: I’m relentless and will not stop until I get what’s earned. If not I post them on my website for about a month and tell people not to play there- cause if they can play with my money, they can certainly play with my visitors’ money/winnings too. While I realize Integrity has been around for quite a long time and has a reasonable (I use the term reasonable loosely) reputation, I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as they have just now replied back with acceptable responses. It aint over till it’s over though as Yogi Berra says :tounge2:March 7, 2005 at 9:05 am #662570AnonymousInactivePeter doesn’t work there anymore. In my opinion the program has gone downhill since his departure.
March 9, 2005 at 12:29 pm #662677vladcizsolMemberYeah, ever since Peter left they have vanished from the affiliate scene online. When I spoke to them last year I told them it was important to maintain a presence within the online community, but apparently that advice fell on deaf ears.
March 9, 2005 at 3:20 pm #662681AnonymousInactiveOMG, one rep tells me one thing and now another is telling me something completely different. What a joke.

OUCH! boy if they were worse after he left …. ouch.
March 10, 2005 at 3:58 pm #662746AnonymousInactiveSame problem here, I even told them I have several players that I know personally and I know how much they deposited, a few do not even show up under me.
Then Casino Classic, stats were zero for the entire month until the last week, it updates with 32 depositors, our earnings were ok but no where NEAR what I know they should have been.
So I email, and I did not get any help for weeks, then I email Ispye.com
who runs the program in general, as soon as I did my emails were answered and stats updated, but not correctly in my eyes it should have been way more then what they say. This affilate program should take lessons from the actual casino support and learn how to help affiliates!
This month seems ok, but honestly I do not trust them at all with these numbers.
March 11, 2005 at 5:42 am #662782AnonymousInactiveI’ve had enough of their run around. I dislike “chasing” payments. Particularly where there are so many other programs out there that do not ask you for casino account numbers as PROOF that you should have made revenue. :nono:
March 12, 2005 at 6:15 am #662814AnonymousInactiveIssue resolved, thank you. But I do wish the stats were up to date, more clear and not hidden.
March 13, 2005 at 2:27 am #662827AnonymousInactiveHi guys, well I just stop by to see what’s going on
but I have one question, how come Integrity does
not want to be certified? and who is really taking
care of emailing all the affiates back? This I worry.
Well, I emailed them again couple of emails. I have
gotton an email from 2 of my members that they
have downloaded and deposited but I can’t see
there ID in my stats. In my site, I am giving my
members a chance to win a free $25 Casino money
for there info on depositing from my banners so if
I get some and some of Casinos do not put it in my
account atleast 2 days pass, the first thing I will do
is post and try to get them un cercify. This happen
couple of times to me already. I’m tire of it. But anyhow,
hope all you guys are doing good :hattip: -
