Hello all –
I’m new to the affiliate business and found CAP through the big bad G. I wanted to introduce myself and say hello :wavey:
I’m working on adding more content to the site and hope to be a very informative portal by the summer. Looking at some of your sites, I see I have a lot of work to do in order to achieve the “informative” part, lol.
I’m currently promoting two programs, but since reading another post earlier, I think I’ll pick at least one more. The author brought up the point about spreading out a little in case one of your programs has a big winner – you’ll better your odds of still making some income at the others. Never thought of that. I guess that’s why I’m here learning all I can.
Thanks for all the great info!

Thank you for the welcome, and the beers Cat.
I read a post that made me do some thinking – someone said that if they could start over again, they’d build a network of niche casinos. I really like that idea and am considering it.
What’s everyone’s thoughts on this, or any other, “if I could do it all over again”?

February 7, 2005 at 1:30 pm #661247AnonymousInactiveI think that might have been me, actually. And I’ve begun doing that.
My theory is that it’s easier to dominate a micro-niche than it is to take a slice of a very competitive area.
But it wasn’t niche casinos, actually, it was niche portals. An example might be to build the biggest and best authority site on the web for Spanish 21. (Just brainstorming off the top of my head–that might actually be competitive.) “Blackjack” and “online blackjack” are hard to rank for…

February 8, 2005 at 10:19 pm #661298AnonymousInactiveHi,
I decided to go the niche route and opted to do only poker and stop online casino marketing. I play poker as a hobby so I find creating the content fun and easier to do than it was doing casino content.
Long road ahead for me but I am going to keep at it.
