Hi all! I have been away from the boards quite some time now, but now I felt I must bring this to the board and see if anyone else has noticed the same..
I have written to the support there, only to get a answer that I will be contacted and now after a week – I am still waiting.
Here’s some “fine” stats of mine for Affiliatelounge – Enjoy!

February 1, 2008 at 1:30 pm #759878LeaguenutzMemberHi,
In reply to this post, an email was forwarded to you advising you that we would create a backend product report, review, and forward to you so you can review also.Once you have received the report please feel free to contact me, either via this forum, via private messaging or via email to [email protected]
I would like to state that we do not shave, edit, amend, filter or remove stats from any affiliate accounts, we work on trust, and have many satisfied affiliates that we have helped grow though providing quality brands, we see all our affiliates as online partners.
I look forward to resolving this matter with you quickly.
Regards
StuartFebruary 1, 2008 at 3:55 pm #759898AnonymousInactivei have the same problem with affiliatelounge. something is wrong here. i assume its not shaving but the stats offered are just plain awful. if there was a program to nominate for the worst stats facility i would nominate affiliatelounge!
so from my rough guess from 700 euro deposit i made 2 euros? or am I supposed to divide this by two since it is duplicated somewhere? why is it duplicated? wtf is going on with these stats?
seriously, if you expect these stats to be of any help then i can tell you that they are not. it’s the 21st century and it’s time to get some new stats backend.
for example bet365.com, they also offer different gaming accounts under the same signup but their stats are as clear as vodka!
for gods sake, invest some money and get your stats fixed so they can be of some use to people who are supposed to use them!

StuartOk, I got a mail in response to an email sent today. I will be waiting for the report and share my response here if that’s ok. I do not understand why my previous email was totally ignored and the fact is according to stats that 17,650 euros were received in deposits in one month and thus the numbers cant look like this or at least they shouldn’t. To make things worse I pulled out the stats for a bit longer time and it’s not pretty at all, so maybe you should do a very good and indepth checkup on these stats. This is way below average performance in every sense.
Dont get me wrong – I was until recently your neighbours and I have very good trust in the swedes and in their honour, but this just don’t seem kosher to me
Or what u think?

to tell you the truth i don’t think that the clicks are correct either. i believe they are inflated 10 fold or something. i dont promote their properties heavily at all so the number of clicks don’t seem to be appropriate…nothing is appropriate with these stats so far…
February 1, 2008 at 10:47 pm #759936LeaguenutzMemberHi,
Regarding stats, as advised, I will report from the backend and forward details to the involved affiliate. I will not be posting to this forum regarding details of any stats as I feel that these are meant only for viewing by the authorised account owner.

StuartFebruary 8, 2008 at 2:21 pm #760370AnonymousInactiveHi Stuart,
Just so that you and others know.. I am still waiting for that report to come. I did however receive a better offer, but that will have to wait until I get some answers first.
February 8, 2008 at 4:23 pm #760381AnonymousInactivestuart,
i sent you a pm the other day. still waiting for a reply.
thx.
February 8, 2008 at 11:36 pm #760416AnonymousInactiveHi again,
Maybe you can sent it via email as my PM account is not in use probably because I had a run in with the Prof few years back.
February 9, 2008 at 1:43 am #760423AnonymousInactiveWe’re betsson affiliates too …
I’ll back up what the other affiliates are saying here about the affiliate lounge statistics not being very useful. However I do wonder whether half the problem is that the field names do not actually reflect the numbers.
EG.
Casino, Poker, Sports Book & Exchange All share the Clicks and Customer Numbers
Sports Book & Exchange Share Deps and Amt.I also wonder whether the Deposit amount is actually a true deposit amount as we understand it (ie from customer bank account into Betsson) or whether it simply reflects a turnover number or even a transfer from the Betsson wallet into the casino/poker portion of the account??
Finally, remember that Betsson exchange is pretty much the flagship destination for punters at Betsson (offers better prices than the sports book) but that you do not share in wins/losses there – only in the 3% traffic on winnings.
So a punter could deposit and lose 1000 euros in the exchange and you get nothing – because Betsson did not charge a fee on losing bets.
Or a punter could deposit and win 1000 euros – get charged 30 Euros (3%) and you get 25% of that …. or just 8 Euros.
Either way the WIN on the exchange report does not reflect the customer wins/losses.
Eg) My sportsbook numbers for January 2008 were 17,320 deposited (between exchange and sportsbook) but only 70 (sportsbook) and 118 (exchange) in profits.
For me it’s unheard of that punters would only lose 1% of total deposits and not be continuing to play – so I suspect that the reporting is not providing us the numbers that we think that they are.
All I’m saying is that I beleive in Betsson’s integrity or I wouldn’t be promoting them but I do agree that there is a major disparity between numbers reported at Betsson / Affiliate Lounge and other places.
Stuart – you could help a great deal by clarifying exactly what those numbers mean for us. And by breaking out sportsbook and exchange AMt and Dep numbers.I give you authority to share my January 2008 numbers here – or please get back to me and I’ll share them with the board.

If your player deposits 1000 euro from his credit card into Betsson and then moves it back and forth from his main account to his casino account then you will see e.g. 10.000 euro deposit in the casino stats (if he repeated the process 10 times).
So the numbers provided by affiliatelounge are definitely somewhat misleading. Having said that, I really believe in Betsson’s integrity. In fact they are my best performing program.
regards.

i can only speak for myself, but i do not doubt their integrity. what i don’t understand is their stats. what is the purpose of providing them if they do not show real figures?
i’m still waiting for someone to get back to me, but whatever…
February 13, 2008 at 11:23 am #760718AnonymousInactiveThanks for the info!
I cannot see why the stats are setup the way they are, but the deposit/returns issues makes more sense now. The odd thing is – why doesn’t the people at affiliatelounge say this right away, they should know it I think
Well, I am still interested to see the report as it might give a real outlook to what to expect from the deposits rolling in there. Heck – I might even start giving them traffic for real
Thanks Guyes & Girls!
– It’s good to have people who really know their stuff.
